1. Anand GokulBhai Bakshi (DIN: 01942639) is the Promoter and Managing Director of Anand Rayons Limited. He is graduate and having More than 25 years of experience in the Textile Industry mainly in trading of Yarn. He is an expert in product development, R&D and marketing and is passionate in this field. Currently, he is looking for product development and marketing of our Company.

2. Shilpa Anand Bakshi (DIN: 07986896) is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of Anand Rayons Limited. She is graduate and having more than 6 years of experience in the Management & Graphic Designing. Currently, she is looking after all the managerial work under her personal supervision in our Company.

3. Jigisha Chorawala (DIN: 10820203) is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of Anand Rayons Limited. She is graduate and having more than 8 years of experience in the field for Product Development and Marketing under the leadership of Mr. Anand Bakshi. With her upright eloquence and principled Public Relation Development skills she can easily maintain good relations with all our Dealers and suppliers. she is also looking for administrative area of our Company. Mrs. Jigisha Chorawala has not having any directorship in other companies except Anand Rayons Limited.

4. Nilesh Bodiwala (DIN: 08465357) aged 54 years, is an Independent Director of Anand Rayons Limited. He has completed Higher Secondary Education in commerce from Surat. He has experience in administration and management of Textile and Handloom Business. He has started textile and Handloom business with the name M/s J. N. Bodiwala Corporation in 1999, later on the name was changed to M/s Bodiwala Fabric, which is specialized in Uniform and Handloom Products to be supplied to various hospitals in Surat. Mr. Nilesh Bodiwala has not having any directorship in other companies except Anand Rayons Limited.

 

5. Anil Merchant (DIN: 09414010) aged 55 Years, is an Independent Director of Anand Rayons Limited. He has completed his diploma in Computer programming from Bandra University, Mumbai and has more than 28 years of experience in Textile lndustry. He was the partner of M/s Marlon Twisters, Surat from 1991-2020 and involved in General Management and Supervision activities. At Present, He is sharing his textile knowledge and experience to Company, whenever required, for its betterment. Mr. Anil Merchant has not having any directorship in other companies except Anand Rayons Limited.

 

6. Pankesh Patel (DIN: 09494163) aged 56 years, is an Independent Director of Anand Rayons Limited. He has completed B.Ed from Marathwada University, Maharashtra and has more than 26 Years of experience in Textile lndustry. He had joined company M/s Deep Twisters Pvt Ltd, Surat from 1994-2000 and involved in General Management and Supervision activities. Thereafter, he became partner of M/s Urvi Fabrics and served there for longtime. At present, he is partner in M/s Pankti Tex, dealing mainly in yarn. He is sharing his textile knowledge and experience to Our Company, whenever required, for its betterment. In addition to this, he is also a director of United Gujarat Yarn Dealers Association.
